PAYMENTS ~
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover & Cash.

Please be advised - the charge will show up as "Organic Glow Spa" not "Faux Glow" - this is our billing information.

Open 7 days a week by appointment only

RESERVATION INFORMATION ~
* Airbrush tanning sessions/packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Also they do not expire. 

CANCELLATION POLICY ~
* We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation of treatments. YOU MUST CALL TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS - PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL US. All missed appointments or late cancellations will be charged the full amount. A credit card number is needed to hold your reservation for online booking.

* IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED ON THE DAY YOU MADE IT FOR YOU MAY RESCHEDULE FOR A DIFFERENT TIME THAT DAY HOWEVER, YOU CAN NOT RESCHEDULE IT FOR ANOTHER DAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY FOR THE DAY YOU HAVE IT SCHEDULED FOR - this is part of our 24 hour cancellation policy.

PLEASE BE PROMPT ~
* Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure a full treatment session. Please note that we may not be able to extend treatment sessions which start after the scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment we will not be able to take you, and you will lose your session (unless another airbrush technician is available).

PLEASE NOTE ~
* We are not responsible for your personal belongings brought into the spa (including clothing, shoes, wallets, handbags, etc.)

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION ~
* We try our best to accommodate every client to achieve their desired color they want. We also understand this is something new you are trying and we understand that you may not like how it will turn out (but we are pretty confident you will). Unfortunately we can not refund you the cost of the service if you are not happy with the results. If there is a problem - please be sure to call us the NEXT DAY so we can take a look at your Faux Glow and if something is wrong, we can fix it for you. We can assure you that we have been in business since 2003 now and have made thousands of clients very happy. So please trust us when we say we are here to make you happy and we hope you enjoy your experience.

HAVING A BABY? ~
* If you are pregnant - you must get a Dr.'s note authorizing you to get a faux glow. Unfortunately if you don't bring us a Dr.'s note - we will not be able to extend services to you.
